Of course. In your account you extend by as many days as you want with one click – €10/day for Basic, €15/day for Pro. You can do this up to 2 hours before your return day ends. Every extension day is credited toward purchase just like the base rental.

Your rental starts with the DHL delivery scan – that's day 1. On a 7-day rental, day 7 is your return day: that's when you drop Tenniix off at DHL. What counts is the DHL acceptance scan, not when the parcel reaches us. After that you have a 24-hour grace buffer. Extension days only start counting from day +2.

Relax: normal signs of play are completely fine and cost you nothing. We check every unit on return with a 10-point checklist. Only for genuine damage or missing accessories do we keep part of the deposit – transparently, with photo documentation and a receipt by email. You're not liable for transit damage on the way back; that shipping is insured.

Yes, as a consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. So your rental can start right after delivery, you expressly agree at checkout to the early start of service. At booking you can – where DHL allows – choose a preferred delivery day and set your rental start for the weekend. Since your rental clock only starts at delivery anyway, you never lose a playing day to shipping.
