What shipping costs.
Within Germany we ship free above an order value of €[threshold]. Below that we charge a flat shipping fee of €[amount]. The exact shipping price is shown transparently in the cart and before checkout – under German price regulations all prices include VAT. Recommendation: device purchases (Basic/Pro) ship free, accessory-only orders below the threshold carry the flat fee.

Delivery time & carrier
We ship with DHL. Within Germany delivery usually takes 3–5 business days from shipping confirmation (handling time + transit time). Once your parcel is on its way, you get a tracking link by email. During peak periods it may take slightly longer.
Packaging & battery shipping
Tenniix ships in shock-resistant packaging. The lithium-ion battery is built in or properly enclosed and labelled per the applicable transport rules (UN-compliant). Keep the original packaging – it's handy for any return.
Delivery area
At launch we deliver within Germany. Expansion to Austria, Switzerland, the Netherlands, and France is in preparation – for EU deliveries outside Germany, please write to us in advance via contact.
Rental delivery
Rental machines ship in a sturdy, reusable rental case – outbound and return shipping are included in the rental price.
Tracking & receiving
Via the tracking link you can see the status any time. If you're out at delivery, DHL leaves a notice or delivers to a branch/parcel station depending on the option. Please check the parcel for visible transport damage on receipt.
Devices shipped insured
Devices ship as an insured parcel; for Tenniix Pro we insure the higher value accordingly.
When does my rental start?
