Pick your week and book.
On the rent page you choose your model (Basic or Pro) and your preferred start week from the availability calendar. You instantly see when a unit is free. Through the secure checkout you complete the booking with the “rent with obligation to pay” button. Where DHL allows, you can pick a preferred delivery day – handy for setting your rental start to the weekend.

Step 2
Deposit: just a hold.
With your booking we place a deposit hold on your card – €350.00 for Basic, €500.00 for Pro. Technically it's a pre-authorization: the amount is blocked but not charged, similar to a rental-car or hotel deposit. Your available card limit dips briefly; your account is not debited. For security, we ship only to the registered billing address.

The rental clock
Your week only starts at your door.
The rental clock doesn't begin at shipping, but at the DHL delivery scan at your door – and ends at the acceptance scan on return. So every day counts for playing, none for transit.

Two ways back – both effortless.
Since 1 Jan 2026, DHL no longer includes ready-made return labels with new business contracts. That's why we offer you two modern, printer-free ways – just pick the one that suits you.
QR-code return (no printer)
Show your QR return code at a DHL branch or parcel locker. The label is printed on the spot – you don't need a printer of your own.
Print@Home PDF
Prefer to do it all from home? Download the Print@Home PDF from your personal returns page and stick the label on the rental case yourself.
The box contains a return card with a QR – one scan takes you straight to your personal returns page with both options.
Purchase credit in detail
100% of your rental – here's the math.
Decide to buy and your entire rental is credited. The rules in plain words:
- 1The buy option applies during the rental and for 30 days after return.
- 2Credited is the base rental actually paid plus all extension days – not the optional ball set and no damage deductions.
- 3The credit applies to the device purchase (Basic, Pro or Refurbished) – one rental per purchase.
- 4If you buy during the rental via the keep-it button, the unit simply stays with you: the purchase contract replaces the rental contract, the deposit is released, and you get an invoice for the purchase price minus your rental – no return shipping needed.

Had you extended by 3 days (3 × €15.00 = €45.00), those €45.00 would be credited too: €1,099.00 − €149.00 − €45.00 = €905.00.
Deposit release
When you get your deposit back.
As soon as your unit arrives back with us, it goes through a 10-point check (function, condition, accessories complete). If all is well, we release the deposit hold – usually within 48 hours, guaranteed at the latest after 7 days. Since it was only a hold, no money was ever charged; the block on your card simply drops away. If you buy the unit, the deposit is released immediately.

Normal wear is free
Dust, light marks, normal ball abrasion – completely fine and costs you nothing.
Genuine damage with receipt
Genuine damage or missing accessories we document with photos and a clear receipt sent by email. Only that portion is kept from the deposit – never more than necessary.
Transit is insured
Transit damage on the way back is not on you: that shipping is insured.
No blanket cleaning fees, no hidden items – only what can be proven.
Comfort feature
Rain Bonus Day – on the house.
Wet weather? We automatically credit you a Rain Bonus Day per rental – via weather API, with no action from you. A small promise with a big wow effect: you should be playing, not watching the sky.
