For the board
The key questions
In Germany the revenue typically falls under the club’s commercial operation or asset management (with a €45,000 exemption limit for the commercial operation). We include an info sheet for the treasurer. We expressly do not provide tax advice.
The device is insured. The club is only liable in cases of gross negligence. You report any damage simply via the dashboard.
You only need a dry storage spot and a normal power socket for charging. The battery lasts up to four hours of play.
The loan runs for 12 months with automatic renewal and a 3-month notice period. No obligation to buy, no hidden costs.
If usage stays very low for a long time, we’ll get in touch – the device should be where it gets played. There are no penalties.
Image processing runs on the device itself. We provide the data processing agreement (DPA under Art. 28 GDPR) and a signage kit for the camera.
