In Germany the rental revenue typically falls under your club’s commercial operation or asset management. A tax exemption limit of €45,000 of annual revenue applies to the commercial operation. We include an info sheet for your treasurer. Important: we expressly do not provide tax advice – when in doubt, please talk to your tax advisor.

The device is insured through us and remains our property. The club is only liable in cases of gross negligence. You report damage easily via the dashboard – we handle maintenance and replacement of defective devices.
The Tenniix charges from a normal household socket and lasts up to four hours of play. Power costs are minimal. You only need a charging option at the storage spot.
A dry, frost-free storage spot in the clubhouse or a lockable room is enough. Nothing more is needed.
The loan runs for 12 months and renews automatically unless cancelled with 3 months’ notice. There is no obligation to buy and no hidden costs.
We want the device to be used. With persistently very low usage (under 4 sessions per month over several months) we’ll get in touch and possibly find a more active location – there are no penalties.
The vision-based image processing runs on the device itself (on-device); no video is streamed to us. For member data in the booking system we provide a data processing agreement (DPA under Art. 28 GDPR) and a signage kit for the camera.

Your revenue is paid out automatically every month. You receive a payout report and credit-note documents under the credit-note procedure for your bookkeeping – without having to write invoices yourself.
