Payment paths
Three ways, one system
However your members want to pay – the system covers all three paths.
Self-service by QR / link
Players scan the QR stand or open your club link, pick their slot and pay online. Most bookings run this way.
Cash at the desk
For those who prefer cash or card at your desk, the device manager creates a manual desk booking in the dashboard.
Coaches, courses & events
Create your own payment links in the dashboard – like “junior training special” or “taster Sunday”. Price within the corridor, split automatic.
Handover
The handover in under 5 minutes
The app guides your device manager through every point – no training needed.

Technology
How the device unlocks
Online unlocking
When the device is on the club Wi-Fi, it’s activated automatically for the booked slot via our platform.
Offline fallback
On courts without a network, a rotating daily PIN works – just as secure, only offline.
Finance
Monthly payout, automatically
You don’t have to settle anything. All bookings are collected, your share calculated and paid out automatically.
