Your court is closer than you think.

How much space do you really need?
Straight answer: for full baseline drills you want a clear playing area of roughly half to a full tennis court – enough distance for the ball to reach you cleanly after ~120 km/h and the bounce. For volley, reaction and warm-up drills at short range, far less is fine: a hall lane, a quiet cul-de-sac, a large driveway or a practice wall in front of you. Tenniix throws wherever you want – the only question is how much run-out you give the ball.
- Full court: half to a full court for match-realistic baseline drills.
- Half distance: a hall lane or large driveway for reaction and warm-up drills.
- Wall / volley setup: a practice wall at short range – minimal space needed.
Do you need a court? For the full match feel: yes, ideally one. But not necessarily a club court – a public court, a school or club hall in off-peak hours, or a wall does the job for most drills.
Three questions you're actually asking.
We'd rather be honest than sugarcoat.
Noise
The launch makes a muffled “pop”, plus the sound of the ball strike – comparable to normal play, not a workshop. In a hall you'll hear it; outdoors it blends into ambient noise. For neighbours at night in the garage? Probably not. During the day on the court? Completely unobtrusive.
Battery, not a power outlet
Up to 4 hours from the swappable battery – no outlet needed at the court. Battery flat? Swap and keep playing. That's exactly what makes “at home” and “outdoors” possible, where mains-powered machines have to fit the socket.
Indoor use
Yes, Tenniix runs indoors. In a hall you benefit from constant light – which also helps the Vision variant (Pro). Just make sure there's enough run-out distance and a surface where the ball bounces normally.
